Orders are packed and shipped Tuesday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, during periods of high demand such as sales and new collection releases please allow up to 3-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
You have 5 days after you receive your item (s) to be eligible for exchange only. All accessories ,art, sale and holiday items are FINAL SALE. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase.You are allowed one credit. Once issued a credit one time, that item is now final sale.Your credit will be issued in a coupon code, that will be available to you for 30 days via email.
